Third Annual Workshop Monitoring and Evaluation of Health Programs at the District Level: Practical Applications Dakar, Senegal October 1-19, 2001 A three-week Francophone workshop offered by the MEASURE Evaluation Project, in collaboration with the Centre Africain d'Etudes Superieures en Gestion (CESAG) in Dakar, Senegal. The objective of the workshop Monitoring and Evaluation of Health Programs at the District Level: Practical Applications is to enhance the capacity of health professionals involved in monitoring and evaluation of health programs at the district level. This workshop combines theory, state-of-the-art practices, and hands-on application of monitoring and evaluation tools. It is specifically targeted to francophone professionals from Ministries of Health, PVO/NGOs, donor agencies and public health institutions responsible for implementing or supporting the monitoring and evaluation of health programs at the district level.
