The Performance Assessment Resource Centre (PARC) was set up in mid March 2001 with 3 year's initial funding support form DFID. It will provide information, advice, training, and consultancy services to DFID personnel and other development partners. A detailed business plan will be developed during a three month Inception Phase allowing for initial consultation with the wide range of potential users.
