Michael Raper, President Australian
Council of Social Service (evaluating welfare services in an environment of
reform)
Professor Mel Mark of Pennsylvania (realistic approaches to
program evaluation.
Prof Mark is also the editor of the American Journal
of Evaluation)
Professor Lawrence Green of USA Health (health related
program evaluation)
Dr Conrad Katzenmeyer of the National Science
Foundation (evaluating research and building evaluation capacity for science
and mathematics education)
Dr Judith Ottoson of the Andrew Young School of
Policy Studies Georgia State University will also be presenting a workshop or
clinic on building evaluation capacity for overseas aid programs
