A manual on the use of the Most Significant Changes Approach to Monitoring. This manual is being developed by Jessica Dart and Rick Davies. It builds on 8 years experience with what has been called a"monitoring without indicators" method, in Australia, Asia, Latin America and Africa. Chapter headings will be: 1.
