We need to consider the implications for monitoring and evaluation of working with more flexible programmes, which focus on changing relationships and contexts. Programme: Think beyond the individual project; Develop strategies for rapid feedback for on-going monitoring; Explore practical methods for facilitating dialogue around changing programme objectives; Identify useful and credible methods for documenting the process.
