Monitoring and Evaluation in Development. This established two week course run by IMA International in Brisbane, Australia will develop skills and methods in project monitoring and evaluation that are appropriate to actual situations all over a changing and developing world. IMA International has 22 years experience of delivering development management training and consultancy worldwide. Tutored by internationally experienced consultants and trainers, this course allows participants to apply the techniques learned to actual situations in their own organisations through practical activities and a personal and professional action-plan to be implemented upon return to their organisations. This course is aimed at both managers and staff who have an active responsibility for M&E within their organisation. This course is a way of meeting other professionals working for development from a wide range of sectors around the globe. There is often a lively exchange of approaches between people from Government, NGOs and private organisations from different countries. The course will be held from 18 to 29 April 2005. The fees are £2,800 per participant, inclusive of bed and breakfast accommodation from the night of the 17 April until checkout on the morning of the 30 April. Fees also include airport transfers, course materials and a cultural programme.
