"INTRAC is doing a review of the experiences
of international non-governmental development organisations of using the LFA (commissioned by Sida, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency). Please help us by filling in our questionnaire and emailing it to research@intrac.org.
The LFA has become a global norm for planning, monitoring and evaluation of development projects and programmes. However, there has been widespread unease with the approach and many organisations have tried to adapt it or have abandoned it altogether. INTRAC will summarise the state of current practice to show how people actually use the LFA in their work. Please take a moment to fill in the
questionnaire to help us with our research. All responses will be confidential. We will notify all those who complete the questionnaire when the final Sida report is completed and how to download it. The findings will also contribute to INTRAC’s 6th Evaluation Conference in spring 2006. Thank you for your help." (17/05/06)
