The role of evaluation in understanding and managing complex change The rate of change in all sectors of public life and the increasingly complex and multidimensional policies designed to improve and develop our organisations and public institutions, have created interest in the role evaluation might play in navigating the change process. Conference themes The conference will spotlight the role, methods, approaches and uses of evaluation in the context of change at small group, organisational, national and international policy levels. It is looking for creative proposals that address the following sub themes that are not mutually exclusive but capture a range of possibilities that include a mix of examples, practice, ideas and concepts
