A conference, entitled "Results Based Management: Are We There Yet?... Ever?" will be held at the University of Toronto November 16-18, 2005 . The Conference is organized and will be hosted by the Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief (CPAR), the International Development Institute of Humber College, World Vision Canada and the University of Toronto's Centre for International Health. Twelve development workers from programs in developing countries will share their experiences in working with results based tools. The Conference will explore the extent to which RBM, since its adoption 10 years ago, has factored in community participation and ownership, culture and context.
