The Sourcebook of Existing and Proposed Protected Areas in Vietnam provides a comprehensive overview of Vietnam's protected areas network. The Sourcebook is aimed at a broad target audience, including protected area planners and practitioners; provincial governmental agencies; research organisations; NGOs and funding agencies. The Sourcebook provides a guide to the information available on 189 existing and proposed protected areas throughout Vietnam. These include existing and proposed 'Special Use Forests' (national parks, nature reserves and cultural and historical sites) and proposed marine protected areas
