These PPAs involved more than 1000 households in four very different parts of Vietnam in a process of research, which focussed very clearly on issues of wellbeing and poverty. The studies were facilitated by four agencies with considerable experience of qualitative research in Vietnam" The Ha Tinh PPA was led by ActionAid Vietnam.
